Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, work email, company, website, project type, budget range, preferred timeline, message, inquiry intent, and service of interest. Required and optional fields are identified on the form.
To operate the form and reduce abuse, the server also processes basic request data such as the network address and browser identifier. The inquiry record contains a keyed, one-way request fingerprint instead of the raw network address. Short-lived counters are used to limit repeated submissions.
We do not currently use website accounts, advertising trackers, or payment collection on this website.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to understand your request, respond to you, discuss a possible project or partnership, arrange a requested call, maintain a record of the conversation, protect the form from abuse, and operate the website securely.
Submitting the form does not create a client relationship or commit either party to a project. If we later work together, the applicable agreement will describe any additional information handling for that engagement.
Retention and security
We retain inquiries for as long as reasonably needed to respond, keep business records, handle follow-up, and meet legal or security needs. Automated rate-limit counters expire after a short period. We may remove inquiries when they are no longer needed.
We use access controls, server-side credentials, transport protections provided by the hosting environment, and limited collection to reduce risk. No online storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information associated with an inquiry. We will review the request and respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legal, security, or record-keeping duties require it.
You can avoid the form and contact us by email or phone. Please do not send passwords, financial account details, health data, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through the inquiry form.
